All operations directed toward achieving the objectives set forth in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company shall be carried out under the supervision of the Board of Directors
Final decisions regarding the company's core operational matters shall be made by the Managing Director in consultation with the Executive Team (EXCO). Furthermore, the Managing Director shall represent the company at the highest level.
