Decision Making Procedure

All operations directed toward achieving the objectives set forth in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company shall be carried out under the supervision of the Board of Directors.

Final decisions regarding the company's core operational matters shall be made by the Managing Director in consultation with the Executive Team (EXCO). Furthermore, the Managing Director shall represent the company at the highest level.

Deputy Managing Directors assist the Managing Director in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. In the absence of the Managing Director, decision-making authority shall be delegated to the Deputy Managing Director designated by the Managing Director at that time.

Department Heads are responsible for implementing operations within their respective department's mandate and scope. Additionally, Heads of Units are granted decision-making authority at their respective unit levels.
