To formulate, in consultation with the Minister of National Planning and Infrastructure, a comprehensive framework for the development and maintenance of road and bridge infrastructure across urban and rural regions of the Maldives, informed by traffic forecasting and economic appraisals.

To execute all necessary works for the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges, in alignment with the established plan for the development and management of road and bridge infrastructure across urban and rural regions of the Maldives.

To formulate and publish transparent policies for the appointment, termination, and joint-venture engagement of contractors tasked with the development and maintenance of roads and bridges across urban and rural regions of the Maldives, in accordance with established regulations, and to execute the company's operations in alignment with such policies.

Carrying out all required activities, with the authorization of the Ministry of Finance, to utilize emerging economic opportunities to enhance the company's profitability and secure financial capacity, benefiting both the Maldives and the Corporation.

Executing all financial transactions necessary to achieve the mandates of the corporation.

Establishing, managing, and carrying out all necessary actions to sustainably operate foreign worker management facilities.

Executing all works encompassing Civil construction, general construction and infrastructure development.

Undertaking all possible actions and related activities to achieve the aforementioned objectives.
