AA. Thoddoo Road Construction Project Has Commenced Today

The inauguration ceremony, presided over by Minister Adam Naseer Ibrahim, Minister of Dhivehi Language, Culture, and Heritage, took place at AA. Thoddoo this evening. Brigadier General (Retd) Ali Zuhair, Managing Director of RDC, accompanied by company officials and government representatives, graced the occasion.
The project, formally initiated on September 2023, entails a total of MVR 77,426,106.17. It encompasses the construction of five roads spanning 2.84 kilometers. The road development plan includes the installation of a stormwater network, drainage gutters, utility line junctions, street lights, speed breakers, and road sign boards.
All necessary equipment and vehicles required for the project have already been dispatched to the island.
