Foundation Stone Laid for HA. Filladhoo Health Centre Upgrading Project

The foundation stone for the HA. Filladhoo
Health Centre upgrading project has been officially laid, marking an important
step in enhancing healthcare services on the island. The project forms part of
the Government’s broader initiative to expand healthcare infrastructure and
improve service quality across the Maldives.
The foundation stone was laid by the
Member of Parliament for the Kelaa Constituency, Hon. Abdulla Shareef,
during a special ceremony held in Filladhoo.
The ceremony was attended by the
Managing Director of the Road Development Corporation, Mr.
Ibrahim Nazeem, and the Senior Administrator of Health Services, Mr.
Mohamed Jameel. Also present were the President of the Filladhoo Island
Council, Mr. Fathuhulla Hassan, and Council Member Mr. Mohamed Moosa.
Under this project, the physical
infrastructure of the Filladhoo Health Centre will be expanded and essential
facilities will be established. This development is expected to significantly
strengthen healthcare services and improve access to quality medical care for
residents on the island.
