RDC Assigned to Develop Health Service Facilities in Four Islands

The Corporation has been entrusted with the development of new health service buildings in four islands, as part of a government initiative to expand and enhance healthcare infrastructure across the Maldives.
The projects assigned to RDC include the development of hospitals in HDh. Hanimaadhoo and ADh. Maamigili, a health center in K. Gaafaru, and a Dhamana Veshi in Kulhudhuffushi City.
The total estimated costs for the respective projects are as follows:
- Maamigili Hospital: MVR 105 million
- Hanimaadhoo Hospital: MVR 105 million
- Gaafaru Health Center: MVR 27 million
- Kulhudhuffushi Dhamana Veshi: MVR 23 million
The agreements were signed during a ceremony held at the Ministry of Health. State Minister Ismail Shareef signed on behalf of the Ministry, while RDC’s Managing Director, Brigadier General (Retd) Ali Zuhair, signed on behalf of the Corporation.
