RDC Awarded Contract for Development of AA. Maalhos Major Roads

Corporation has been awarded the contract
for the development of major roads in AA. Maalhos.
The agreement was signed under the design-and-build policy
between the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure and RDC.
Minister of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure, Dr. Abdulla Muththalib,
signed on behalf of the Ministry and Managing Director, Ibrahim Nazeem, signed
on behalf of the corporation.
The contract signing ceremony was held in Maalhos during
President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu’s visit to the island as part of his tour of the
atoll.
Valued at MVR 53.8 million, the project is scheduled to be
completed within 730 days.
