RDC Awarded Contract for Upgradation of Naifaru Hospital

Road Development Corporation (RDC) has been awarded the
contract to upgrade Naifaru Hospital, as part of efforts to enhance the
infrastructure necessary for delivering tertiary-level healthcare services.
The agreement was signed by State Minister Ismail Shareef on
behalf of the Ministry of Health, while RDC’s Deputy Managing Director, Mr.
Mohammed Asbah Ali Naseer, signed on behalf of the Corporation.
Valued at MVR 7,711,200.00, the project is scheduled for
completion within one year. The scope of work includes the development of the
hospital's laboratory complex and the enhancement of its Intensive Care Unit
(ICU) facilities.
