Road modernization works in Filladhoo have started

Physical works for the government-led project to upgrade the roads of Ha.
Filladhoo to modern standards have officially commenced. The project,
contracted to the Corporation, aims to strengthen the island’s transport
infrastructure and provide a safer and more convenient environment for
residents.
The project was formally inaugurated at a
special ceremony held on the island by the Member of Parliament for the Kelaa
Constituency, Hon. Abdulla Shareef.
The ceremony was attended by the Managing Director of the Corporation, Mr. Ibrahim Nazim, and the President of
the Filladhoo Island Council, Mr.
Fathuhulla Hassan.
The project was awarded to the Corporation on 10 August last year and is scheduled for
completion within a two-year timeframe.
