Third Round of Binaavehi Internship Program Launched

The corporation's Binaavehi Internship Program has entered its third round, with five participants beginning the six-month training initiative today.

This program targets students transitioning from college to post-secondary education, as well as those not currently enrolled in educational institutions, aiming to provide them with essential work skills, training, and practical experience in various professional domains.

Designed for individuals aged 16 to 21, the program offers a monthly allowance of MVR 5,000 to each participant. Its primary goal is to familiarize young individuals with the workplace environment and enable them to gain hands-on experience by working alongside seasoned professionals before formally joining the workforce.

The participants will receive training in fields such as Administration, Security and Safety, Inventory Management, ICT, Logistics, Production, and Human Resources. Additionally, the program encompasses Project Management, Project Implementation, Sales and Marketing, and Public Relations, ensuring a well-rounded experience.
