MoU Signed Between RDC and the Islamic University of Maldives for Tailored Workforce Training Programs

Road Development Corporation (RDC) and the Islamic University of Maldives (IUM) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on providing customized training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and professional development of RDC’s workforce.
The contract was signed on behalf of RDC by Managing Director, Brigadier General (Retd) Ali Zuhair, and Dr. Ali Zahir, Vice Chancellor of IUM, signed on behalf of IUM.
This partnership will focus on offering specialized courses and workshops that cater to the evolving needs of RDC employees, ensuring they stay competitive in their respective fields. Both institutions are committed to fostering growth and empowering the workforce through continuous learning and skill-building initiatives.
The agreement marks a significant step towards mutual cooperation in creating a skilled, capable workforce that will contribute to the success of RDC’s operations and the nation's development.
