In N. Holhudhoo, along Tulip Hingun, the construction process begins with excavation and backfilling operations, laying the groundwork for subsequent phases. Following this initial step, pipe laying and junction installment follow suit. Once the pipes are securely in place, meticulous backfilling ensues, ensuring stability and integrity for the infrastructure. Finally, road clearance activities are undertaken, prioritizing accessibility and safety for the community. This coordinated effort aims to enhance the area's infrastructure, facilitating smoother transportation and improving overall living standards.

Various urban development projects are currently underway across different areas to enhance infrastructure and urban amenities. In Unimaa Magu, the primary focus is on improving junctions through the construction of a new one. Meanwhile, at Madharusaa Magu, efforts are directed towards clearing roads to ensure accessibility and safety for pedestrians and vehicles. In Tulip Hingun, attention is shifted to stormwater management, with ongoing excavation work for a 12-meter stormwater pipeline. Additionally, efforts are being made to clear stormwater excavation areas and backfill them, ensuring the effective management of the water drainage system.
